Awards

This award recognizes hospital trustees who have made significant contributions of time, talent, leadership, vision and service to a particular hospital and community.

The “Distinguished Hospital Executive Award” is the Association’s highest honor for outstanding hospital executives who have distinguished themselves through their contributions to the healthcare industry and their profession, who are leaders in providing quality healthcare services, and who are active in UHA and related industry organizations and causes.

This award is presented periodically to an individual in recognition of their contributions to improving healthcare in the state of Utah. The individual may be recognized for a specific significant contribution, or for accumulated contributions during the lifetime of the nominee.
